Notice Of Server Upgrade Works – November 2025

Exciting News: We’re giving our web hosting servers a refresh!

Between the 4th and the 28th of November 2025, we’ll be moving all of our customer’s websites to a new server setup that’s faster, more secure and easier for us to manage behind the scenes. It’s a positive step that helps keep your website quick, secure and reliable for the long term.

What you can expect:

No downtime planned. We’re migrating sites one by one, outside of busy hours where possible.

Nothing to do at your end. We’ll handle everything and keep your site online throughout.

Same URLs, same logins. You shouldn’t notice any changes to how you edit or access your website.

Still UK Based. The locations of our servers won’t change, it’s just the hardware and software that’s getting a face lift.

How we’re doing it:

1. We’ll start by preparing the new server and testing it with some of our in house platforms, such as The Bradfordian.
2. Once we’re happy that the servers are working as expected, we’ll copy your website across and run it in parallel.
3. At this point we’ll carry out manual QA checks to ensure you’re website is in full working order before switching it over so that all traffic is pointed to the new server.
4. Finally, once everyone’s data has been moved and tested, the old servers will be switched off.

When will my site move?

Migrations will take place between the 4th and the 28th of November. This will happen automatically and you shouldn’t notice any changes.
