If you’re sending out WooCommerce orders and you just want a clean label you can print without copying and pasting addresses into Word, Cogio WooCommerce Shipping Labels gets the job done.

What it does

Cogio WooCommerce Shipping Labels is a plugin that adds a button on the order screen in WordPress admin. Click it, and you get a downloadable PDF shipping label, built from the order’s shipping details.

On the WooCommerce order page, underneath the shipping address, you’ll see a button saying: “Download shipping label PDF“

Clicking that button generates a label-style PDF that includes:

  • Ship To: and the customer’s name and address (nicely spaced, one line per line)
  • Your logo (pulled from the WordPress Site Icon), centred above the return section
  • Return Address: pulled from your WooCommerce store address settings (shown on one line at the bottom)

What it’s good for

This plugin is ideal if you:

  • Pack orders yourself and want a quick “print and stick” label
  • Want fewer mistakes (no manual copying, fewer typos)
  • Have more than one person handling fulfilment and need consistency
  • Prefer keeping customer data tidy (and not generating extra files on the server)

Built with privacy in mind

The PDF is generated in memory and sent straight to your browser as a download.

It isn’t stored on your website beyond what’s needed to deliver the file to you, helping you to protect customer data and remain GDPR compliant.
